At ESGN, we stand by the quality of our official Freddie Gibbs merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location or schedule a pickup through their website.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement item will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
